Delivering Our Solutions
Our team expertise and previous experience in the successful management and delivery of complex fit-out and reconfiguration projects has allowed for the establishment of an integrated approach to dealing with fit-out projects.
- Selecting the right management team with detailed roles and responsibilities
- Establishing a detailed Project Risk Management Strategy with mitigation procedures for all live building risk and works requirements
- Developing an agreed Project Execution Plan (PEP) with works planning & tracking scheduling to ensure that every project objective is achieved
- Agree Standard Operating Procedures for dealing with as-built live services and future service tie-in.
- Specialist equipment procurement, installation, commissioning and validation management
- Daily operational liaison between identified representatives to review and incorporate activity and response planning for all project aspects
- Close management of fit-out production and progress reporting.
- Provide Defect Free handovers of fit-out works that are fully commissioned and immediately operable by our Clients.
Stewart Interiors develop a project specific Quality Control Plan with procedures incorporating the benchmarking, testing and commissioning of all aspects of M&E Services on Fit-Out and Refurbishment Projects and FF&E Installations. This allows the highest level of finished quality in terms of performance and validation approval of all commissioning prior to a smooth handover.
A detailed and approved digital and hardcopy operational and maintenance manual, is collated along with facility management training on all systems. The service also covers the provision of detailed and accurate as-built information of the project. In addition, Stewart Interiors plan for the FF&E validation and end-user staff training on equipment as required on all Category handover staff are allocated to a project to ensure a backup service for advice, instruction and problem attendances, along with emergency contact numbers and protocols.
